Dear ARML Team,
Here are a few updates now that registration has closed.
Roster Check
At the bottom of this email is the list of all students who are fully registered and have a confirmed spot on our team. If you think that you’re registered, please look for your name in the list below. In case of any errors or changes, get in touch with us at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can make corrections while it’s still possible to do so.
Roommate Form
Now that our roster is taking shape, we’re giving everyone a chance to submit roommate requests. This year, the dorm rooms are triples, and requests must be mutual – all parties need to request each other.

Roommate requests must be submitted by end of day on Thursday April 30, and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests that we receive by that time.
Upcoming Tryouts
We have two more online tryouts coming up in the next few days:
- Tryout 2: Tuesday, April 28, 6pm-7pm
- Tryout 3: Thursday, April 30, 7pm-8pm
Both tryouts will be posted on registered students’ ContestDojo accounts at the start time. Please start no later than 10 minutes in to ensure you have the full allotted time. If you need guest access, email [email protected] ahead of time with the email address associated with your ContestDojo student account.
We encourage anyone interested in elite team selection to complete at least two tryouts (including ARML Local). There will be one more tryout on May 2 before teams are announced at our first Bay Area practice on May 3. See our Practices and Tryouts page for full details.
T-Shirt Designs
As a reminder, t-shirt designs are due by this Thursday, April 30. Please see this post for the full rules. If you have a design idea in mind but are unable to produce a design file, send your idea to [email protected] and we may be able to help.
