New: SFBA Passport
We’re partnering with local organizations and encouraging everyone to attend and support their events. Each event participation gets you $6 off your ARML registration fee, up to $30, and some of these events may also offer further discounts as prizes for top students. ARML 2027
ARML 2027 will be held on June 4–5 at the University of Nevada, Reno. Registration, tryouts, and ARML Local details will be posted here in the spring. To get notified when registration opens, sign up for our mailing list here and join our Discord server here.

Cowconuts Math Competition
Sunday, September 27, 2026 · Amador Valley High School, Pleasanton
The Bay Area Cowconuts Math Club’s 9th annual contest is back in person this year. Everyone takes an Individual Round and a Guts Round, with tiebreakers as needed. There are two divisions: Division A (AMC 10 to AIME level, grade 12 and below) and Division B (AMC 8 to AMC 10 level, grade 9 and below). Students compete in teams of up to 4.

Stanford Mini Math Meet (SM3)
Saturday, November 7, 2026 · Stanford University
SM3 is the Stanford Math Tournament’s event for younger students with little or no contest experience. In the morning, teams play Hidden Gems, a card game that mixes problem solving with strategy, and Bingo, a race to complete rows on a 7×7 board of problems. After lunch there are activities including a puzzlehunt across campus. Students register in teams of 4, and registration starts September 28 at 10am, first come, first served.

Berkeley Math Tournament (BMT)
Saturday, November 14, 2026 · UC Berkeley
BMT returns to campus with its usual three rounds: Power, Individual, and Guts. It’s open to anyone in grade 12 or below, with no lower age limit, so advanced middle schoolers are welcome. Registration is open and students register in teams of up to 6.
